Address Book

Manage contact information of your clients, customers and vendors in the public address book. Each iOffiecV4 user can have a private address book to store personal contact information.


	About Address Book


Use Address Book to manage contact information. Working with Address Book, you can:


		Use either the public or private address book.

		Create address groups to categorize contact information.

		Use address books from the WebMail application.

		Import and export contact data from/to a CSV file.

		Search for addresses with keywords.

		Stick PopUp notes with contact information to your desktop.

Useful Tools/Features

PopUp Note

You can stick notes on your desktop to remind yourself about important contact information. See PopUp Note for details.

Grouping Addresses

Allows you to group addresses together so you can manage them easily.

Import/Export

Allows you to import and export contact data from/to a CSV file.
