The
following symptoms may occure in WebMail application.
The data adjustment tool fixs these symptoms.
[Symptoms]
The number of the unread mails on the mail list
differs from the number of the unread mails displayed
beside the folder name.
The number of the unread mails on the mail list
differs from the number of the unread mails displayed
in "Organize Folders" screen.
The total size of the mails which can be checked
from a screen differs from the physical disk use.
[Cause]
During mail reception, when receiving is terminated
due to communication error, the data which it
was in the middle of reception will remain as
garbage data.
When the mail infected with the virus has been
received, the data itself will be deleted by the
virus protection tool, and only management information
will remain.
When a lot of mail is deleted and moved at once,
the processing will be interrupted due to time
out in the web server, and the data in the middle
of processing will remain.
