Appointing administrators in Circulation

Administrators can appoint the administrators who have the following roles within a group.

You can also appoint the administrators who have all rights to users' circular and can create the common forms and recipient lists which are available to all the users.

To appoint administrators:

  1. Click General Options on the lower right of the Circulation screen.

  2. Click Appoint Administrators in the menu.

  3. Click the group in which you want to appoint administrators. If you appoint administrators who have all rights in Circulation, click Administrator of Circulation.

  4. Select the users whom you want to appoint as administrator. There are several ways to select users.
