Administrating iOfficeV4 -> Facility Reservation
Administrators can appoint the administrators who have the following roles within a group.
Creating facilities and granting access rights to the facilities which are managed by their group to users.
Having all access rights to the facilities which are managed by their group.
You can also appoint the administrators who have all rights and can manage all facilities including the shared facilities which are not belonging to a group but an entire organization.
Click General Options on the lower right of the Facility Reservation screen.
Click Appoint Administrators in the menu.
Click the group in which you want to appoint administrators. If you appoint the administrators who have all rights in Facility Reservation, click Administrator of Facility Reservation.
Select the users whom you want to appoint as an administrator. There are several ways to select users.
To select all the users, choose All from Group List, and then click Add->.
To select all the uses who belong to a group, choose a group name from Group List, and then click Add->. All users who belong to the group will be selected.
To select users, choose a group name from Group List, and then click Show. The users who belong to the group will be displayed in User List. Select users from User List, and then click Add->.
Click OK.
