Appointing administrators in Facility Reservation

Administrators can appoint the administrators who have the following roles within a group.

You can also appoint the administrators who have all rights and can manage all facilities including the shared facilities which are not belonging to a group but an entire organization.

To appoint administrators:

  1. Click General Options on the lower right of the Facility Reservation screen.

  2. Click Appoint Administrators in the menu.

  3. Click the group in which you want to appoint administrators. If you appoint the administrators who have all rights in Facility Reservation, click Administrator of Facility Reservation.

  4. Select the users whom you want to appoint as an administrator. There are several ways to select users.
