Appointing administrators in Inventory

Administrators can appoint the administrators who have the following roles within a group.

You can also appoint the administrators who have all rights and can manage all items including the shared items which are not belonging to a group but an entire organization.

To appoint administrators:

  1. Click General Options on the lower right of the Inventory screen.

  2. Click Appoint Administrators in the menu.

  3. Click the group in which you want to appoint administrators. If you appoint administrators who have all rights in Inventory, click Administrator of Inventory.

  4. Select the users whom you want to appoint as administrator. There are several ways to select users.
