Administrating iOfficeV4 -> Inventory
Administrators can appoint the administrators who have the following roles within a group.
Creating items.
Having all access rights to the items which are managed by their group.
Receiving a notification message when Qty on Hand is low.
You can also appoint the administrators who have all rights and can manage all items including the shared items which are not belonging to a group but an entire organization.
Click General Options on the lower right of the Inventory screen.
Click Appoint Administrators in the menu.
Click the group in which you want to appoint administrators. If you appoint administrators who have all rights in Inventory, click Administrator of Inventory.
Select the users whom you want to appoint as administrator. There are several ways to select users.
To select all the users, choose All from Group List, and then click Add->.
To select all the users who belong to a group, choose a group name from Group List, and then click Add->. All the users who belong to the group will be selected.
To select users, choose a group name from Group List, and then click Show. The users who belong to the group will be displayed in User List. Select users from User List, and then click Add->.
Click OK.
