Appointing administrators in Report

Administrators can appoint the administrators who have the following roles within a group.

You can also appoint the administrators who have all rights to users' report and can create the common forms which are available to all the users.

To appoint administrators:

  1. Click General Options on the lower right of the Report screen.

  2. Click Appoint Administrators in the menu.

  3. Click the group in which you want to appoint administrators. If you appoint administrators who have all rights in Report, click Administrator of Report.

  4. Select the users whom you want to appoint as administrator. There are several ways to select users.
