Setting users' authority

iOfficeV4 enables the administrators to control access rights by granting access rights. Furthermore, if the administrator allows users to grant access rights, users can control access in some applications.

To set users' authority:

1. Choose Setup from the main menu.

2. Click Users' Authority.

• Do not allow: If you do not allow users to grant access rights to other users.

• Allow: Users can grant access rights of their own objects to other users.

3. Click OK.
