Using iOfficeV4 -> Reminder
On this view, you can see and manage the reminders which you set on Schedule and To-Do application.
To send reminders, see Adding a new event of Schedule or Adding a new To-Do task of To-Do.
Important!
If you see the following error messages on the Reminder screen, you cannot use reminder at the moment. Ask your administrator to solve the problem.
The scheduler is not running.
Using E-mail function is not allowed.
In the status, you see the following errors if the Reminder could not send a message on a date.
Unsent: The Scheduler was not running at that time, or Using E-mail function was not allowed at that time.
Other error messages: The e-mail server settings may be wrong, or your e-mail address may be incorrect.
The reminders that have been sent will be automatically disappeared on the list.
Click the column title by which to sort reminder messages. You can view reminder messages in the following order.
Delivery Date
Category
Message
Status
You can open the entry screen of an event or task in the Reminder screen.
Click the message of which you want to open an event or task.
You will now see the entry screen of each application.
