Setting the e-mail notification option in Report

Use this option if you want to receive a notification message via e-mail when you receive a report from users.

To enable or disable the notification:

  1. Click E-mail Notification Option in the sub-window.

  2. Choose the option.

  3. Click OK.

Notes:

This option is available if your administrator sets "Use" to Notification via E-mail of Mail server Setting. See Setting mail server properties.

Notifications are sent to the e-mail addresses specified by Personal Options - User Information. See Editing your personal information.
