Using iOfficeV4 -> Schedule
You can restrict access to your schedule from other users.
See Understanding iOfficeV4 security policies for the general information about iOfficeV4 access rights.
Notes:
If your administrator does not allow users to grant access rights, you cannot use this function. See Administrating iOfficeV4 - Setting users' authority.
Your administrator may set the access rights to your schedule, in this case you cannot grant the exceeded rights you were given, to other users.
Grant the following access rights to individual or all the users in order to restrict the access.
Read right: To see events
Add right: To add events
Edit right: To edit events
Delete right: To delete events
Click Grant Access Rights in the sub-window.
Select the users or groups to which you want to grant the access rights to your schedule. There are several ways to select the users.
To select all the users, choose All Users from Group List, and then click Add->.
To select a group, choose a group name from Group List, and then click Add->.
To select users, choose a group name from Group List, and then click Show. The users who belong to the group will be displayed in User List. Choose users from User List, and then click Add->.
After you make the selection, grant the access rights to the users or groups you selected. If you grant the access rights to a group, the rights are granted to all the users who belong to the group.
To grant the access rights to the users or groups selected, choose users or groups from Selected Users, and then click the button corresponding to the right which you want to grant. To cancel the granting, click the button once again.
Click OK.
