 How do I use an application?

In this Help, you can find books of the same names as the application names in the Using iOfficeV4 book. Each topic in the books provides you with the explanation for the functions you need to know to use the application. Click the book you want to read in the left-hand pane.

 How can I control access to my schedule from other users?

In iOfficeV4, the access from other users can be controlled by granting access rights to users. The rights can be granted by your administrator and you if you have the authority. If you are allowed to do that, you see the "Grant Access Rights" in the sub-window of any Schedule screen. If not, ask your administrator to grant the proper access rights. See Restricting access from other users in Schedule for more detail.

 How can I find my data?

In almost all applications, iOfficeV4 provides the search function which is displayed in the sub-window. If you are not sure where your data are, you can search data in whole iOfficeV4. See Searching iOfficeV4.

 Suddenly I can't Login. What should I do?

The password is case sensitive, Use right cases.
Or, if you've ever Logged-in before, make sure that you choose or enter the right Group name, user name, and user ID.

If all else fails, ask your administrator to check it.

 How can I setup mail server's properties?

In iOfficeV4, you can set up E-mail server's properties, e.g. POP3 server names, SMTP server names, ports, and accounts, in the following three places.
