What's new in this release 

The following list shows you the major new features in iOfficeV4.

Eight new applications

We have added:

Store: Use Store to sell goods in-house, or receive requests to purchase goods.

Expense: Use Expense to track your expenses.

Inventory: Use Inventory to manage stock of items like fixtures, stationery.

Report: Use Report to send reports to users and let users comment on them.

Reminder: Use Reminder to see and manage the reminders which you set on Schedule and To-Do application.

Notepad: Use Notepad to create and store notes, memos, or the piece of information you want to remember. Since you can attach files to a note, you can use Notepad as a simple storage.

Cabinet: Use Cabinet to store documents and image data for you and your colleagues to share them each other. Since image data can be viewed by thumbnail, images can be seen easily. The unique e-mail capturing function allows you to store e-mail attachment files to Cabinet's folders automatically.

User List: Use User List to view and manage account information for iOfficeV4 users.

Search improvement

You can search applications' data individually, or entire information in iOfficeV4.

Smart messaging

Reminders of scheduled events and To-Do tasks can be received via E-mail.

PopUp Note

You can stick notes on many kind of information, on your desktop. You also can stick notes on the messages you received for your colleagues, on their desktop.

Customizable screen

You can choose the screen color as well as the menu type.

Diet screen mode

You can choose the Diet Screen Mode which eliminates most images from screens so that it improves the speed of moving screens.

Appoint administrators by application

The administrator can appoint administrators of applications. They have administrator's rights within an application or in groups.

Message filtering and blocking

It does not worry you with unsolicited messages.

Supports multiple E-mail account

You can use multiple e-mail accounts to send and receive e-mail messages.

Automatic file capturing

It captures attachment files in E-mail messages and stores them to the Cabinet folders. Now you can use any Software and Hardware which support e-mail messaging as the document front end.

Printable view

Now you can print your monthly and weekly schedules on paper.

Find free time

It is convenient when you want to schedule an event into several users' free time.

Listing events

You can list your all events in a week or month.

 

Automatic Whereabouts

It uses events information and clocking records to determine users' presence.

Support eight clock fields

You can clock On-site, Off-Site 3 times each.

Authorizing late and early

Manager can authorize users' late and early.

Absence Processing

Use the absence processing function in case you are absent and cannot approve applications.
