ABOUT LICENSE KEY: The license key is generated from the customer code, which is a unique code to identify your server. You cannot use the License Key you purchased for any servers other than the server which has this customer code. You need this code when you place an order with us for the License Key. ABOUT ISSUING OF LICENSE KEY: We will issue the license key after we confirm your payment. Normally it takes 3 to 4 working days, but it may depend on the transaction process of your payment.
We will send the license key to your e-mail address, which is entered by you during the payment transaction peocess. We recommend you to not use free e-mail address.

ABOUT CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: When you pay with a credit card, our credit card statement name "PAYPAL* NEOJAPAN" will be appeared on your credit card statement in the description section.

PayPal never inform us your credit card number.

ABOUT SHIPPING ADDRESS: You will be asked "Shipping Address" during the payment translation process, however we will not send any physical goods to you. We keep your information with the license key for our internal management purpose only.
