Upgrade from iOffice2000

Thank you for use iOffice2000!

If you have purchased an iOffice2000 License, you can upgrade it to iOfficeV4 at a special upgrade price. Please mail to sales@neoint.com to ask the upgrade price.


	Upgrade Procedure


		Step 1 - Dwonload iOfficeV4 Download iOfficeV4 program from the Download page.

		Step 2 - Install and Evaluate iOfficeV4 Install iOfficeV4 on the server on which iOffice2000 is installed. IMPORTANT NOTE: Do NOT install iOfficeV4 to the directory in which iOffice2000 is installed. Evaluate iOfficeV4 and if you wish to use iOfficeV4 go to next step.

		Step 3 - Download Data Migration Tool Download Data Migration Tool from the URL obtained by us when you purchase the upgrade license.

		Step 4 - Install Data Migration Tool Install Data Migration Tool on the server on which iOfficeV4 is installed. Read following installation guide for each OS. Windows UNIX Linux/Cobalt

		Step 5 - Migrate iOffice2000 Data to iOfficeV4 Use Data Migration Tool to migrate iOffice2000 data to iOfficeV4. Read the following operation guide. Using Data Migration Tool IMPORTANT NOTE: Please make sure the followings before migrating data. Back up all the files in the directory on which iOffice2000 is installed. Nobody will not use iOffice2000 and iOfficeV4 when you migrate the data.
