Symptom

When you create a folder under an existing folder (except Root folder), the program seems to be stacked and the error message "An application error occurred" is displayed on the server.

After that, you can not enter Document Organizer again.

Cause

Program bug.

Resolution

Bug fixed modules are available to download: bugfix01.zip 638KB.

1. Download it and expand it by an unzip tool.
2. Copy to replace iofficeen.exe and docen.exe in the iOffice directory in the scripts directory of your web server.

ex. If you use IIS for the web server, you may copy tem to c:/InterPub/scripts/ioffice
